Built a compliance function from zero

Commercial and field operations ran on outdated procedures and weak controls, and nobody owned product and operations compliance.

I set up the company's first Product & Operation Compliance function with its charter, review process and audit framework. I rewrote 15+ SOPs and the commercial terms, and brought Good Corporate Governance principles into daily operations.

Made lab equipment usable without losing certification

A tuna exporter's QC lab couldn't fit our automated analyser into their routine, and changing the procedure risked their international certification.

I worked out a faster method that still met the standard, issued it as an official document and trained their staff. They bought the product, and the method passed their annual audit.
